“I initially went to Dr. Milone (Marblehead Chiropractic) for ariculotherapy sessions to quit smoking. I was skeptical as I'd smoked for 30 years and have had no success quitting without a substitute such as the patch. Much to my surprise, I felt relaxed during the nicotine withdraw week and didn't really think about smoking. It's been close to 4 months and I've still not smoked. Suffice to say, there have been plenty of times I've wanted to, but just haven't. My point is - if you want to stop, this treatment really works and the plan Dr. Milone has is a fair one and a great one. He and Lisa understand and are very supportive and encouraging. As for the chiropractic portion, I was very hesitant to undergo any chiropractic treatment with anyone even though I've lived with back pain for years (the result of an auto accident) which became acute this summer. I knew acriculotheraphy helps with acute pain and thought I'd give it a try. And yes, it worked unbelievably. It worked so well, I realized I have been living with and putting up with a degree of pain for years. It felt wonderful to be pain free. I then became interested in working with Dr. Milone on the chiropractic side of things in healing and treating my back injury. I've been in treatment now for over a month on this side of things and progressing very well. Overall, Dr. Milone's approach is unique and holistic. “A healthcare hidden gem in Marblehead. Was always worth the ride from Salem and Beverly, but even so after I moved to NH. I've been to many chiropractors before and since and NONE even come close to Dr. Paul's level. His experience and compassion alone are enough to make him elite in his field, but beyond that is something I can only describe as an innate ability to diagnose and treat what even the best doctors can miss. After a spinal fusion that didn't go well, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Paul offering complimentary care at my daughter's dojang in Beverly (he's also a black belt in taekwondo). I had lost hope in finding any relief after a specialist I respected completely dismissed my asking if my SI joint could be contributing to my pain. According to the specialist who was Boston Medical's top spine surgeon, "SI joints don't cause pain." (In his defense, this was 10 years ago and the only literature that led me to this question was new research being done in Japan-today The Mayo Clinic is performing SI fusions to address the issue) After just watching me walk a short distance and without my saying anything at all, Dr. Paul pointed right at the source of my pain and said, "Your SI joint is out of whack." If I wasn't in shock at hearing that I probably would've burst into tears of joy. When you've been through multiple doctors, multiple modalities and surgeries with no progress, no answers... I'm sure you can imagine how I felt. Unfortunately, Covid has moved us a thousand miles away from NH and I can't make the trip as easily. I've had good and bad experiences with chiropractors since, but Dr. Paul is truly a master, perhaps the kind that only comes around once a generation. See him if you can!”

I first started getting adjusted because for years I had chronic sinistitis; I was miserable all the time and traditional medicine wasn't getting me better or making me feel better. For years my PCP would prescribe me antibiotics 21 days out of 30 each month. This "plan of treatment" would go on for months. Needless to say, I was getting upset and discouraged by the constant visits to the PCP, the cost and the side effects from the medication, and with often no results or relief. They are open Monday thru Thursday, and will do what they can to get you in and seen. It seems like they are always staying late when they can.
